These direct marketing tactics helped target preexisting and potential customers, and provided them with special offers, discounts and rewards. These tactics helped promote customer loyalty programs such as Refer-A-Friend and DIRECTV's exclusive offers for AAA Members and employees – through out our digital and print campaigns.

Affinity / Retention / National offers.
This print campaign for the affinity line of business emphasized the exclusive monetary savings offer for AAA Members. The sleek golden $200 savings key art was placed against an AT&T blue background, which helped draw attention to the messaging, while complementing the design. This key art concept was used in many other exclusive CRM tactics across different lines of business.
